welcome to NORA'S, a modern restaurant concept serving a range of british comfort dishes with a modern american approach. headed by chef lewis craig the focus is on quality meats cooked over charcoal alongside local seafood and farmed produce. we seek out the best produce from land and sea to create memorable meals and dining experiences.

we work with aubrey allen, m.c. kelly, porsham and farm wilder to ensure we are are sourcing the best quality we can. we have an in house dry ager so we can push the maturing process of our beef to another level.



sourcing great quality meats is just the beginning. we also use brining, smoking, sous vide and slow cooking methods before finishing over binchotan in our charcoal oven. we're not just about meat either; our local fishmonger S&J fisheries ensures we always have the best catch of the day, the freshest oysters and the fattest scallops.

taking a modern american approach to traditional british cuisine, NORA'S dishes are umami rich, peppered with hints of nostalgia and served without the fuss. we pay particular attention to our veg dishes with which are often the stars of the show (dont miss the hyper locally sourced oyster mushrooms from city farm house)




we select natural and low intervention wines that are delicious and wont break the bank. our wine list is laid out by colour and country with tasting notes and food pairing suggestions.

dinner is served wednesday - saturday, with lunch on saturdays and a good old fashioned sunday roast to round off the weekend.
